Make sure that you will receive the newsletter.
Please, follow these steps to ensure that you will receive the
newsletters from Zinester.
For AOL MAIL members:
1. Mailbox: At the New Mail tab, be sure the "Show me mail from" box
is set at "Everyone" so you can view all incoming mail. If you have it
set at "People I Know," you'll need to add response@zinester.com to
your address book in order to receive the Newsletters.

2. Mail Controls: To get there, click the "Mail Options" box and
select "Block Unwanted Mail," or type in keyword mail controls, to
bring up the page. Select "Allow all e-mail to be delivered to this
Screen Name." If, however, you have chosen to use "Customize Mail
Controls for this Screen Name," click the "Next" button to go to the
page of options for allowing or blocking addresses. If you select
"Allow e-mail from the listed...Block all others," you'll need to add
response@zinester.com
to your address list in order to receive the
Newsletters. Click the "Next" button.

3. Recently Deleted Mail: Click the "Recently Deleted Mail" link and
check for any Newsletters. To put them back in your Mailbox, highlight
them and select "Keep as New."
4. Mail and Spam Controls: At Mail Options Mail Center Main/Mail
Controls, click through the "Be in Control" link to the Mail and Spam
Controls page. You may not receive the all the mail you want if you've
selected too many of these controls. Especially uncheck "Block mail
containing pictures or files" and "Mail with clickable hyperlinks
(URLs)" in order to receive the Newsletters. Also uncheck "Mail
filtered by AOL's Advanced Spam Filter"; this filter is for upgrading
to 9.0 and also sends potential spam to a folder viewable only by 9.0
users--another place Newsletters can get lost.
* For simpler access to your Aol account try this program
eMail2Pop ( http://www.snapfiles.com/get/aol2pop.html ).
It allows users to send and receive email from standard email
programs such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora
Email, and other POP3 compliant email programs, instead of having to
use AOLs proprietary email system.
* If you have email accounts at other servers besides AOL, AOL
Communicator (http://communicator.aol.com ) will be useful for you.
