In order to register at Zinester, please, follow the link Sign up! at the main page. After this you will be asked to submit your email address and then password you want to use. Do not forget to choose the newsletters you want to receive in our Ezine Directory!
I have already registered at Zinester, how do I subscribe to the newsletters?
There are two ways of subscribing to the newsletters via web-interface.
Firstly, you can log in at your account at Zinester, choose the ezines you want to be subscribed to and mark the check-boxes near the title of each ezine and press the button Subscribe at the bottom. In this case you will not be asked to confirm your subscription.
Secondly, you can find the ezine in our Ezine Directory and follow the link that is in the title of it. After this you will be taken to the ezine`s subscription page where the subscription form is located. Put in your email address and name (if you want) and press the button Subscribe. Do not forget to reply to a confirmation message to confirm your subscription! To see the list of ezine you are subscribed to, follow the link "My Account" at the top.

I subscribed to the newsletter but I am not receiving it...
There are two major reasons why you are not receiving the newsletter.
First, you may forgot to confirm your subscription by replying to our confirmation message. If so you will not see this newsletter listed in your account, and you have to re-subscribe.
In the second place, the spam filters you use do not allow this newsletter through. So make sure your filters are adjusted for receiving the newsletters!

I want to be removed from the mailing list...
The most easiest way to unsubscribe is to follow the one-click unsubscription link at the bottom of the message. But if for some reason you are unable to do this, log in at Zinester using your email and password, uncheck the boxes near the ezine title and press the button Update.
I was trying to unsubscribe, but your system told me that I am not subscribed to anything (my email is not listed)...
Most likely you are subscribed with some other email address, which might be simply an alias. So, please, think of any other email addresses that you might be subscribed with.
If you have no idea from where the messages can be forwarded to your email address, then we will need the original headers of the messages you have received from us. Please, send them to support@zinester.com.
I want to change my email to another one...
Please, log in at Zinester using your email and password and follow the link Update Profile at the left. Submit your new email address in the "Change Email" section. Do not forget to reply to the confirmation message to activate the subscription of your new email address!
I do not know my password...
If you did not submit the password when registering at Zinester, it was generated automatically for you. Follow the link Forgot your password? to receive it!
I want to change my password...
Please, log in at Zinester using your email and password and follow the link Update Profile at the left. Submit your new email address in the "Change Password" section.
I want to change the format of my subscription...
Please, log in at Zinester using your email and password and choose the necessary format at the select box near every ezine.
